POST: Client Counsellor
Organization: Canadian Immigration Integration Project (CIIP)
Location:Delhi, India
QUALIFICATION: University or college degree in psychology, sociology, or education.
EXPERIENCE: At least two years experience counselling individuals or working in the area of human resource management
Skills
• Exceptional skill in preparing and delivering presentations
• Ability to facilitate interactive group discussions and activities
• Well developed career or clinical counselling skills
• Experience in work planning and case management
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Other languages desirable, such as Punjabi or Gujarati
• Advanced organizational, research (conventional and online) and analytical skills
• Expertise in computer applications such as databases and Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
